The Cannondale SuperSix 3's effortless power, superior climbing and pinpoint cornering is attributed to its full carbon frameset. As you know, carbon can be laid up in such a way as to give you am amazing ride that's super light and responsive with awesome snap. All in a ride that's still comfortable thanks to carbon's inherent vibration damping. The frame is just the start though, the SuperSix 3 rolls on carbon/aluminum Shimano wheels with Vittoria tires. The power train is a slick combination of carbon FSA cranks and Ultegra gears and brakes. You've even got an FSA carbon bar and post and the pro peloton's favorite saddle, Fizik's Arione.
The SuperSix's carbon seatstays are shaped for maximum vibration damping and efficiency.
Cannondale's SuperSix features a SuperSix carbon fork, which has a steerer that's 1 1/2-inches in diameter where it meets the fork crown, yet that tapers to 1 1/8 inch at the top so that it accepts most standard stems. This design ensures incredible stiffness while offering lightness, too. And, it boosts your climbing, accelerating, cornering and sprinting significantly.
Cannondale's 1-piece bottom bracket/chainstay provides explosive power transfer and unparalleled pedaling efficiency.
